While not as thorough as an old mom and pop brick and mortar store that carried libraries of titles, I at least can rent new releases at a reasonable price in either Blu Ray or DVD. The app also offers special deals to the customer which is a plus.

I love the app but I keep getting an email to text and get a free rental. I text and it says only one per phone. That is fine only one per phone but why do I keep getting the messages to text that number since I have already signed up for it.

I have just started doing Redbox and I find it very convenient to rent movies....and the nice thing about it is you dont have to return it the same place

My daughter and I love going to the Redbox! They make it so simple rent the movie from one and drop it off at another with no extra charge!! The movies are always great with the best quality!! Keep up the awesome work Redbox!!

I have never had any problems with this app. I would rather use the app than stand at the box selecting a movie. In the app I can scan movies at my own pace and filter by several different options. I can read a description and watch a trailer. I add movies to my wishlist so I dont forget which ones I want to see later. My iPhone 6 broke, so I am using this app on an older iPhone with an older iOS and it works just fine. Recommend for ease of use. ??

Redbox app is good for picking your movies and having them held at the kiosk you pick. The only issue Im having is with the messages. When I click on a message, it doesnt pull up. I have to go to the web page to actually read them if I want to use the promo code.

Some bad moments

I downloaded this app after getting a gift card online. I later found (after a call to their tech support) that their app and mobile website do not allow for use of gift cards. That seems like a critical flaw for a company that gets business from simplicity and convenience. Now I need to use a desktop computer to order so the app is only good for browsing and watching trailers

Please fix the app, so I can rent some stuff. Redbox you have to do better, app wont even load up titles to rent. This has been going on for too long now smh

It really stinks that you cant use the app when you have a Redbox card

App is so slow its literally unusable. Its the only slow app on my iPhone, so its definitely not a problem on my end. I am met with 45 second+ loading screens whenever I click on a movie ?

I use RedBox quite a bit for new movie releases and naturally the app helps me find where the movie I want is located. Today I noticed the app now has banner ads for wholly unrelated items. Like razors. What. The. Freak. Screen space is precious on an iPhone. Dont waste it. I certainly dont care to waste my time dealing with accidentally-tapped ads. You people already make your money off rentals. Knock off the nickel-and-dime disruptive nonsense. Besides, I have a beard and dont use razors.

Which means the reviews are from people whove logged in from a desktop - which means its last people whose opinions anyone should care about. Just connect to RT already.
