Add back "use location while using app"

Many updates and no intention to fix the location tracking. Read the privacy disclosure carefully!

The app is currently tracking you 24/7 and I recommend to only enable location services as needed which makes it a pain to use. Without location most of the search will not work unless you input the zip code manually. The app needs to allow to use location only while using the app like it did before.
