When I need it ups! "something went wrong..."

The app is excellent (when it works).

Most of the time I get the message : "Sorry, it looks like something went wrong. Please try again and if you continue to see this message check back later."

Seems to be unavailable everytime I decide to rent some movies. FAIL!
