REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy App Reviews

I downloaded this app after getting a gift card online. I later found (after a call to their tech support) that their app and mobile website do not allow for use of gift cards. That seems like a critical flaw for a company that gets business from simplicity and convenience. Now I need to use a desktop computer to order so the app is only good for browsing and watching trailers

While not as thorough as an old mom and pop brick and mortar store that carried libraries of titles, I at least can rent new releases at a reasonable price in either Blu Ray or DVD. The app also offers special deals to the customer which is a plus.

I love the app but I keep getting an email to text and get a free rental. I text and it says only one per phone. That is fine only one per phone but why do I keep getting the messages to text that number since I have already signed up for it.

I have just started doing Redbox and I find it very convenient to rent movies....and the nice thing about it is you dont have to return it the same place

My daughter and I love going to the Redbox! They make it so simple rent the movie from one and drop it off at another with no extra charge!! The movies are always great with the best quality!! Keep up the awesome work Redbox!!

Works great, I love reserving my movies ahead of time.

I have never had any problems with this app. I would rather use the app than stand at the box selecting a movie. In the app I can scan movies at my own pace and filter by several different options. I can read a description and watch a trailer. I add movies to my wishlist so I dont forget which ones I want to see later. My iPhone 6 broke, so I am using this app on an older iPhone with an older iOS and it works just fine. Recommend for ease of use. ??

Redbox app is good for picking your movies and having them held at the kiosk you pick. The only issue Im having is with the messages. When I click on a message, it doesnt pull up. I have to go to the web page to actually read them if I want to use the promo code.

I ordered a movie but when I got to the box it knew nothing??????? I like checking out the movies and have an idea whats out there

Please fix the app, so I can rent some stuff. Redbox you have to do better, app wont even load up titles to rent. This has been going on for too long now smh

I just uploaded this app to my phone. It sure beats standing at the box while people are looking over my shoulder waiting for me to chose. I would like a faster way to return movies one right after the other. The machine is slow and you have to wait for each individual disk to be put away. Maybe a box that could multi-task?

Love that people can leave reviews and I can manage so much without going into the browser!

First time using the Redbox app and am getting used to the features. So far I havent had problems signing in or even renting a movie for the first time today. However, it wont allow me to write a review via app but was able to go on their website to write one. Would be nice if it would allow that.

It really stinks that you cant use the app when you have a Redbox card

App is so slow its literally unusable. Its the only slow app on my iPhone, so its definitely not a problem on my end. I am met with 45 second+ loading screens whenever I click on a movie ?

Please fix the app, so I can rent some stuff. Thank you
