Not bad

I use to rent movies from RB before using the app and would be disappointed when a nearby location didnt have the movie I wanted. The app is so much more convenient because you can easily search locations that are close to you via location services. I also like how I can reserve my movies and simply pick them up at the kiosk. I would suggest for more maintenance around the follow up emails after you returned the movies. Ive had to call customer service several times because I never received a confirmation after returning a movie.
