Scammed

They are taking money from me from June even after I returned the movies.. Im no longer a customer at Redbox because they wont return the money back Im done with them. I called the lady that answered wasnt helpful so I asked to talk to a supervisor waited ten minutes for her to get back on the phone to tell me shes the supervisor and even gave me the same name as the last person.. they are scamming me and she even said Im not getting any money back so I told her Id contact a lawyer and hung up on her.
