Very convenient! On the rare occasion there was a glitch (defective movie) Red Box always quick to answer the phone and correct the issue - good selection of movies!

Borrowed same film from two different sites..... neither functioned. Love the cost and convenience, but would like more options and solutions for screw ups. I also get offers for free films that I cant activate!

Can you send the code for free movie to the email because in the app most of the time said that code is invalid. I really dont know if is a fake code or if someone already used that code so if is on your email is more private

I use the app all the time, easy to use! Very user friendly. I order and pay and pick up the DVD. If only all apps were this good!

So far I am enjoying the app. I havent found any issues, but will update it if I do run into any.

20 minutes late causes late fee. Makes sense cause they communicate icate expectations, but Im a first time user and ultimately this tight turnaround time is not a service for me. Will never use again.

It helps me save a huge amount of time. To be able to look up what I want, then reserve it and it is ready to pick up is outstanding!!!!

I like how simple this app is. Very easy to use. Shows pictures descriptions etc for the movies. 4/5 because Im sure there is some room for improvement for something. So far I havent seen a problem.

I love the convenience of this app. Simple operation: Find the tittles you want, reserve and pick up at the kiosk nearest you! Short and simple, the way renting should be!

Finally deleting this app. Really tired of getting promo codes, driving to the box, then finding out the code is valid but incompatible as Im not entering it in the right device. This has been a problem a few times now. Redbox, a code is a code. It should work anywhere, just like the internet. Im done.
