Have had this app for months can never been able to use it.... Very disappointed.

Love this app! It works perfectly for me. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

I used to love this ap. It worked great and fast. Now when I click hold for pick up it says loading kiosks. It never loads them. This has been going on since about the middle of February.

This app does what it should. Its a great place to track my account. It would be awesome, though, if you could add codes to your account! Id love to be able to save the codes I get in my email and use them through my account.

App forced me to change my password before allowing me to rent a movie. After many attempts, I realized that it wanted more characters I finally got a valid password string. It then errored and wouldnt let me put finalize my cart. I then tried to sign out and restart but it told me I had too many attempts and locked me out of my account for 30 minutes. I then drove to the Redbox in hopes the movie would still be available but by then the movie had been rented. Needless to say I will not be renting a movie from redbox.

This app is a revenue generator for Red Box. If you want to check availability it does not give you the choice to not make a purchase. Yup you press the movie and there is no taking it out of your basket. I suggest use the online providers and leave the disks at Redbox.

I used to use this app all the time. It was so convenient and saved time instead of driving all over trying to find movies. It used to not work maybe once a week/month. Recently, it hasnt been able to load locations where the movies are available for at least three weeks straight so I cant even try to find a movie. I live out of town so the app used to help us decide if we wanted to stop and pick up a movie or not. Its not worth it to go out of our way if the movies are not available or not at a nearby location. It especially is frustrating when I get "app only" codes to use for free movies and then the app doesnt work. Ive already lost out on 3 free movies that Ive kept track of. Probably more. Not sure why its not working but its only gotten worse and no one is fixing it.

Just repeating the complaint I made months ago that no one has fixed. Location services are enabled and everything. Fix it! Anytime the app tries to load kiosks during search or when trying to reserve a movie, it NEVER works on my Verizon LTE. If Im on wifi, it works fine, but no matter where I am or when, even if I have strong signal and fast network connectivity, it will never find nearby kiosks and instead just sits "loading kiosks" ad infinitum. The only thing that works at that point is to cancel it. Please fix this! I want to reserve movies using my cellular data network.

This problem has been happening since the day I downed this app 2 weeks ago and from the reviews I see it is a really prominent problem! Please fix immediately!!

This app hasnt worked on my iPhone 6s Plus in months! Im very frustrated because we use red box a lot. The weird thing is that it works fine on my iPad! Please fix!!!

I have tried to use the website which was laggy and slow. This app is much better and moves much smoother than the website. It would be better if you could search for a movie from a radius from your location instead of Having to search each individual redbox kiosk. Good app though.

This app doesnt work. Messages dont load, it falsely advertises free or discounted rentals. Redbox needs to pull their heads out of their arses.

Mobile app locks you out of stored red cards you have forcing you to use a website not designed for mobile. Junk junk junk.

This app never works, they continual require password changes and by the time you re-enter all your information, the movies you are trying to reserve are unavailable. Dont waste your time with this pathetic excuse for an app.

I use this app all the time but for about a month now I cannot receive messages from the app on my iPhone. But I receive messages on my iPad. This is a inconvenient problem. Please fix

I used to use this app all the time and it was great. Credit card holding doesnt work anymore and one of my favorite features doesnt seem to be there anymore. In the map view the kiosks used to be grey if the movie wasnt there. When youre in a big city the address can be weird so I dont use the list view, but thats the only place to look at all the location availability. Poor experience!

App no longer functions. Streaming is taking over. Sell your Redbox stock now.

Horrible app. It deleted my credit card that was stored and every time I enter the card it says "unable to process your card at this time. Please use another card." I even deleted and re-added the app.
