Dont want notifications or updates or anything. They wont go away until you read them. Actually easier to go directly on line to reserve movies. About to delete.

I really enjoy your app. My only problem is on some of the emails I receive on reduced prices for a movie. The codes do not work 80% of the time and that is disheartening specially when coming straight from the company. I enjoyed knowing when the movies are available to rent and the ability to read The plot of the movie.

This app is amazing allows me to pinpoint titles to specific kiosks and if I wanted to I can rent ahead of time to ensure I get what I want and then all i have to do is pick it up, my only problem with it, is any promotions given through the app or from Redbox via text or email tend to expire within a days period. I once got a promo code for a free movie 1 night rental and didnt get the code until 7:30 well after everyone is home and no one is running into town unless we have absolute reason to. So they need to make promos last longer.

Works well to find locations near me. I have not tried reserving and picking up a movie yet.

I love that I can pick a movie that I want to see (weeks out) and the app reminds me on the Tuesday release day. I simply add it to the cart, I hit pay (saves card) and they are there for pick up! It remembers my kiosk of choice. I text my partner, and Voila, they even show up in my house!! I love how the app (and partner) make it so fast & easy for me!!

Easy to use and very convenient. Just as easy to use as the redbox website but much quicker to access.

Just started using Redbox. Only thing I wish you could see which kiosk has the movies you want available instead of hopping around trying to find one that has both the movies you want.

I think Redbox movie/game rental is the next best thing since Blockbuster. One thing I think Blockbuster was better at was you can rent a movie for up to 2 days with out penalties if returned on time. Sometimes, when customers rent a movie, 2 or more, we intend to watch them all and have them returned on time in order to prevent paying late return fees. I dont like that customers dont get at least 2 days to watch the movie we rent. Furthermore, in some cases, if we rent a movie at a late time, we must still have it returned the next day by 9pm. We dont even get at least 24 hours to watch the movie even then. This rule is not good, Redbox!

You are not able to cancel or change reservations once made?????!? This is just stupid. I went to the location and was unable to pick up my movies so we just rented one of them again. The next day went back to drop off and try to rent the other one. Today it let me pick up my reservation from the previous day. Again no way to cancel or change. Really stupid!!!

Easy to use and very convenient but it is a little annoying that you cant set which redbox location you want to browse from like you can on the website. You have to choose a movie or game first before you are able to see if its at the location you want. Other than that its a great app to use.

Works as advertised, what more can you want?

I downloaded this app about a week ago and have used it to rent four (4) movies. It is fabulous. I can quickly search, rent, and check out movies easily. Highly recommend!
