Should be able to change reservation location if you need to pick up somewhere else.

Just wish people would stop putting spoilers in the reviews for movies

I wish there was a way to request a title to be stocked in a Redbox

I love using red box for a movie. Stopping by red box is fast and convenient for me and being able to use the app to reserve my movie is even faster.

We just started using Redbox and love it! We normally would just grab one after grocery shopping but lately have used the app and its really helpful. Its nice to see which movies are at certain locations before you go. And reserving them through the app just guarantees we get the movie we want and arent let down!

This app will show you what is out and what locations. Love the reserve option! I know every time now that my movie or game will be there.

It has been incredibly slow and frequently locks up. I love Redbox but the app needs to be corrected.

Best way to rent movies

Beware: there is no way to cancel an order once youve made it. I understand that it could be a problem if some people reserve a copy of a movie, but later cancels it leaving the window of sale to dwindle. But, if the 9PM is at least 3 hours away, thats plenty of time to keep it open for another customer to get it. Its supposed to use my GPS, yet the closest kiosk it gives is a city away. I typed Chino Hills, why is it giving me Chino? Why is it giving me Diamond Bar. How is "Chino Hills" the same as those two other cities? Using my GPS, why not the closets ones? Theres at least 3 available.

I have always been pretty unsure when it comes to any apps really, especially apps for something like Redbox. However the app has been considerably above average and is always surprising me. Good job Redbox!

I enjoy having this app on my phone. When Im out someplace I can always check it to see whats new & whats available. I can also use a coupon code for a freebie or discount on my phone, then stop & pick up movies of my choice on my way home. Very convenient & I love receiving coupons & discounts!!!❤️ M. Pittman

It would be a great app, I deleted it awhile ago, then I downloaded it again today, then I remembered why I deleted it. Itll only open one out 10 tries. Im doing to delete it again.

I love the app its the best you get surprised once In a while with free movies.

I love the app I love the promos I think its fast and easy to navigate I wish there were newer releases I also sometimes have trouble finding the right movie available

I think it is a great app so I can look at the movies on my phone at home before I go rent or buy the movie at my local Redbox location

I love the Redbox app normally, but for a while now the app has been terrible. Thats why Im only giving it 2 stars right now. It either wont open, it crashes, or messages are blank. Its getting very frustrating. I have a notification, but cant even open the app to look at it. It just sits there with the thing spinning like its trying to load the app, but it never does. Definitely needs an app overhaul.

Loved Redbox since the beginning!

I do like format and the movie ratings that are available when browsing. Like others have said I believe more promotions should be available. Possibly a "spin to win" feature where you could access on a daily basis some sort of promotion lottery. Since most of us use Redbox a significant amount

Easy and convenient.

I am disappointed that I was unable to pay for a recent movie reservation with my gift card balance. Since the only way to use my gift card is by using the website, I have uninstalled the app.
