REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy App Reviews

I have a disk that wont play and the email from Redbox takes me to the AppStore, where I downloaded the app. Then theres nowhere to report a faulty disk. Not sure if I need to create an account but Ive lost interest. Need to make this easier.

Very useful app, but send promo codes to our account via the app as well as our emails. I dont like having to go through all my emails just to find my promo code. Would be great if they were automatically applied upon checkout!!

I like this app. I wished it had more defined categories tho

App is easy to use, simple to reserve and add payment information. Easy way to determine whether I should make a trip or not.

Love it makes it easy to rent movie no matter where I am

POSITIVE The app has a very user friendly UI. Storing user information is convenient, but a "recommended for you" tab might be nice. NEUTRAL What I would really like to see implemented next is an optional survey for each movie rental that generates the above mentioned tab and/or quasi-user reviews. NEGATIVE I have not had problems during my short usage. OVERALL Highly recommend for any movie viewer~!

Yo Redbox devs: add Apple Pay support. Your app is running on an iPhone, let me pay fast and secure without having to store me credit card data on your servers. No brainer. Otherwise the app is fine. Works as advertised, no issues.

I can reserve movies and save different credit cards. I think the way the movies are categorized is weird, and but its not too bad.

While many apps are less user friendly than being on the actual website, Redbox app is the opposite. Easy to navigate, search, and reserve my movies. Thank you Redbox!

I appreciate being able to reserve my DVD- rather than getting to a machine only to find the movie I want sold out / unavailable. Also like to read reviews of what other renters think- helps me not waste my time. Excellent app!
