I love Redbox and this app is very easy to use!

The app is good, just need better in the password area. Also if a movie comes out the same day u guys should get it first instead of waiting weeks for the movie.

Location services finally has the option "while using the app"! Took long enough, but better late than never! Since that was my only complaint - and it was a big one, that went on for a long time (losing stars each time until it hit rock bottom) - you rocket from 1 to 5 stars for finally getting it right!!! About time! PS From past reviews, looks like they did this back in March - I only came back and noticed two months after that, see how much business you lost because I wouldnt keep your app on my phone?!

Love that I am able to put a popular movie on hold so I wont show up to the kiosk with my choice movie taken. This is a very smooth process once set up!

Cannot Enter Redbox specializes in Rentals Not Selling! Why even buy movies? Waste of money! If im gonna buy the movie ill buy it from Ebay or Walmart for much cheaper!

Use it to find a place to return my rental if Im not near my local store.

This is a necessary option for your app your renters need to have. You dont know how many times I have wanted to REAM a new movie that had False ratings (coming from somewhere) and I couldnt. If this exists in the app somewhere in the Reviews section make a button or something to identify where.

Love that I can skip lines, get special deals and find out where my movie is, all at the touch of my hand. I like the incentives & Red Pass program. Def a huge fan!

I think the app is pretty neat.

This app is annoying. I use ONE Red Box location but it cant remember it. Why does it always have to default to browsing all locations instead of browsing the same thing as when I last used the app?

Wouldnt let me use a visa gift card and didnt mention until after that I needed the card to pick up. The whole reason I used the app was so my boyfriend could pick it up for me.
