REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy App Reviews

Started to use this app my sister is a big fan of red box cause they dont have cable , so she told me to download the app to be more convenient for me if i want to rent or reserve DVDs its really awesome , and its pretty simple and easy and convenient. And you can reserve using your app and go and pick them up! Pretty cool .planning to get rid of cable and just rent at redbox can save lots of money

Being able to see what Redbox has the movie I want is such a great feature!

I love REDBOX and the variety of movies it has-i like it even better that i can find a dvd i want without going and standing in the rain. Then when I do find one i want i can save it until "I" get there. LOVE THE APP !!!!!

The app is nice for those times when "rush hour" hits and you cant find the movie you want. It gives you the opportunity to reserve the movie of choice.

I like this as it is very convenient. I have one problem. I got messages in the app for one free rental and a free Birthday rental. However when I went back in there to use it, the messages disappeared and I Had not used the credits. Whats up Redox?

I just got this app a few weeks ago and realized that Ive been missing out!!!

My husband and I rent from Redbox almost weekly. We have 3 kids so date nights are few and far between but Redbox makes it a lot easier. We simply open the app- find a movie we both want, find the nearest place to get it and wallah- 5 min later we have the movie in hand. Thank you Redbox for saving our date nights!

Redbox is just ok. Nothing especially wrong with it. 1. I will rent once in a while but lets face it. Its a real pain to make two trips just to rent a movie. 2. They almost dont tell you that movie rental price is on a per day basis. They do tell you, but they dont make it obvious. So, If you forget to return a movie the next day, they dont send you any reminders. And they dont call you. But for SURE, when you return it after 3 days (or whatever) theyre sure to immediately debit your account for 3 days rental. Frustrating really.

I love using Redbox. However, my issue is that its not very intuitive with where you currently are. Sometimes I want to see where the closest box is located or whats at the closest place and I cant find it easily.

Often popular movies are not available and if they are, the blu-ray is not.

Its so much more convenient, then just pulling up to the Redbox and not knowing what u want!

Every time I try to open the app it "thinks" for a while then says "Sorry, something went wrong." I tried reinstalling the app after deleting it but the same problem occurs. Ive been waiting for several updates to fix the problem but no luck. There is no email support that I can find. Very frustrating!
