After 2 phone calls to Redbox, there is no option to pay with gift card through app. I will have to order DVDs from my computer. Please add this functionality.

Good cheap fun

App wont work on any iOS that is lower than 9.0. That is not a good business move and just installed the app and wont ever use again. Im on iOS 8.4 and is the most stable app and will not upgrade and you shouldnt force your customers to. Fix your app for iOS 8 users and I will change my star review back to 5 stars.

The app is very easy to navigate. The best part is how I can hold a movie at the closet RedBox near me. Great app!!!

I use this app frequently. Gets the job done. An improvement to the map would be great. If there was an auto-load function within the map when searching for locations, would be a huge help. As it is now, I have to select a title (the map shows near my current location) then type in a different zip code if I want to search other stores on another side of town. Id like to be able to drag map view & for the different locations to auto-populate on the map. I drive all over town daily, & would like to quickly reserve a DVD/Blu-ray wherever I know Im gonna be later in the day. Hoping developers find this useful.

You cant use Redbox gift cards if you already have an existing account. Dont understand why using a gift card thats already on your account cant be an option as a payment method when you reserve on the app or check out at the kiosk.

I love my Redbox app it gives me all the latest updates and the price is great! It keeps track of my rentals and I like that it adds up quickly for a free rental. Love waking up and finding a Free Tape offer message or a special buy one get one deal in my messages. The app is perfect and easy to use. Thank You Redbox

The majority of the time I try to use the app it does not work. It doesnt matter what wifi or network I use.

I used to use it all the time. Now wont work. Hasnt worked for a couple months. Deleted app

The app notifications are just click bait to open the app, thats a misuse of the notification concept. The notification should be the new movies in the Redbox, i.e. Interesting and timely information.

Love the app ! I dont think charges should start till u actually get the movie. Maybe give 4 hrs for you to go get movie. Sometimes emergencies happen & u cant get movie.
