REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy App Reviews

The app works great, but its really annoying when I get messages about free rentals with a text code, and then when I text the code it tells me I can only redeem one offer per phone number. The only reason I sent the code was because the app told me to, and then it says I cant redeem it. Kinda messed up if you ask me!

The app is very easy to use and useful for browsing what is available (and even reserving from a kiosk). Redbox is also very inexpensive, which is very appealing.

Love Redbox. It would be nice to include in the account page, the kiosk physical location, not just the kiosk #.

Love this app been using it for years now, I really hate doing anything with people standing waiting behind me. So its awesome to pick a movie in private. I only had one hiccup when the box that I went to was out of order. I called the company and was met with quick courteous employees. They even thank me for letting them know the box broke. I didnt get to grab the movie I wanted that night but I got my $ back and a free movie credit for my trouble ?works for me.???

Cant complain. Its better than buying the movies and letting them collect dust. I watch em then return them, its pretty simple. Maybe more free movies for the good customers!

Only option is "always" or "never" for location services so finding a redbox with GPS means they track you 100% of the time. It also will not remember your zip code or location... just remembering your CC#. Let me pick titles THEN find the location with all of them. And combine boxes. Its hard to find a group of discs I want to rent in one box.

This app needs to be updated for universal use or a separate one created for the iPad. I will change this rating once the new app is released.

App doesnt always load and when it does, it freezes. Cant read messages at all. Ever since last update, horrible.

Easy to use to reserve movies so you dont have to hunt down desired movie.. great app!

Been having issues signing in my app on my iPhone 6S, it gives me an error and says try again later. It does it whether is using wifi or regular cellular internet. Hope theres a fix for it!

Makes everything very easy. Dont have to worry about missing my favorite movies. Since you get alerts and I can reserve them.

Love they offer free rentals with codes and you can reserve movies too! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish the rentals were for at least 2 days for the price. Otherwise love Red Box!
