Love the ease of app. Wish more app were this simple.

Overall it is helpful, I love that I can order them online and just pick them up a the location of my choosing.

Ive been using the Redbox app for 2 months and I havent had any issues. Its easy, convenient, and quick. I love that you can reserve a rental in less than a minute! Use it and love it.

I really like redbox service, new movies, good quality, easy enough to use, right prices, multiple locations, but the app needs some work, very slow to see movies trailer, most of the time fails to reproduce.

I like the app however I feel like it could be made easier to find things and reserve movies.

Its great that I can just go on my phone in the morning and save a movie I want for that night and its guaranteed to be there!

App is fairly user friendly. Its difficult to locate specific locations on the app though, wish that was easier!

This app works great. It has a good movie selection area along with announcements of new releases and upcoming movies. Always check the upper left corner for the drop down menu that contains your messages. Check it often for discount promo codes and offers are constantly updated. Wish I had the app sooner as it is a very good tool

Please take that ridiculous ad away from the top of the main window.

This app is our go to for seeing what new movies are out then picking them up along the way home.

I hate buying movies before I know if I like them. Redbox allows me the ability to try it before I buy it and there is no hassle with long lines and wasting gas to find out its not there anyway. I reserve my movies online then go to the box they are in and pick them up. Love the convenience. And browsing movies online allows me time to decide what I want without the pressure of people waiting on me to figure out what I want!

Does what it needs to do. Simple as that.

I got app for my iPhone and everything works well. Just bought a iPad got redbox app on it and I cannot log in to my account from that device.

Better if I could switch locations easier but use it all the time. Nice to know my movies are waiting on me! Tom

So far nothing but good experiences we had issues with dvds or some blue rays not working well n we have called customer service and they have help us, and always nice.
