I find the app easy and effortless to use. Almost fool proof. Do not notice any ads, and therefore, not bothered by them should they even be present.

Needs a overhaul with how titles are organized and choosing your location

I love Redbox as a service, but the app isnt of much use if youre trying to find a movie that isnt on the main page. The search function is useless. You can only search by movie name (not actor/director/studio/year/etc.) and it only lists newer titles. So to actually know what movies are out there you have to select every Redbox kiosk and manually look through whats in it. Speaking of selection, I wish they had better movies and more on Blu-ray Disc. There are a handful of video games and a bunch of crappy TV movies on DVD which nobody ever rents - Id rather have more decent Blu-ray Disc movies to choose from.

I enjoy the app. It allows me to see what is in stock at locations near me and reserve what I want to watch. Very useful. 5/5

Last movie I went to almost started before I remembered to switch to CineMode. Would be nice if the App could recognize being in a theater and ask for your movie time then offer to remind you to CineMode your phone.

Red box is the best!

I like Redbox but what happened to being able to stream the movies? I would much rather do everything from my living room and not have to hunt down a Redbox with the movie I want to see.

I like Redbox really well. Im not real computer/phone savvy so had a little trouble getting in, but thats it.

I like the layout and performance of this app. I only check this app for messages from Redbox and to see what they have available. Theres also descriptions and trailers of movies. 5 stars.

Redbox app is so easy to use! We use it all the time so we know which Redbox to stop at for whatever movies we are looking for.

This app used to be great. Now it is slow, cant watch trailers, cant reserve movies ("Sorry something went wrong. Give it another try"). and it has ads! Just terrible.

"Sorry it looks like something went wrong. Please try again, and if you continue to see this message, please try back later." For days now.

A lot better than it use to. I agree with others on the spam advertising but face it people, marketing has taken over the internet.

Newest version allowed me to share my location only when using the app. Thats a win. Jumped up from a 1-star to a 4-star just like that. There are a few user experience quibbles to sort out, but Im pretty stoked with just that change!

I would say 9/10 times I open it it wont load. Also cant read the messages ever. But when it does work its a great app.

Love this app and highly recommend it but I dont know where else to go to notify Redbox that the app doesnt work. I downloaded and used once then returns and gives an "error" message. Delete it then download again....still have the same issue. Please fix issue! Its a great on the go app. With this app Pizza and Movie night happen in a snap.

I have been using this app for years and I keep it current. I recently accidentally deleted from the group and just reinstalled it. Everything still works as it should. It defaulted to displaying the most recent movies which is my preference, I picked one, it showed the list of nearby locations that had it, I selected my preference, it gave me the choice of checking out, or to continue browsing, chose a 2nd, same process and this time I chose checkout. It displayed the order with payment info (last 4-digits) which I acknowledged (although it had the option of entering a different credit card), then it asked me for the Security code which I entered. App acknowledges and confirms the order. Done! No problems, not this time nor before. I use an iPhone 6 Plus and on iOS 10.3.1, maybe all these others are using another platform.

This app is absolutely pointless. 90% of the time it never works. It always says it cant load try again later.
