Never had a issue with this app or the company they have great customer service

I love the fact that I can reserve a movie & not get there to fund that its not in!!!??

You guys emailed me free rental codes a few times and when I enter them in the app or website, they dont work. Please stop emailing me stupid crap I cant even use.

So far so good. I never have had a problem with it.

Great app! Always can find deals and movies.

Its okay, but it glitches and its hard to order more than one movie at a time on my iPhone. It works much better on my iPad Air.

Im appreciative of the fact I can reserve my movies from anywhere and pick them up when theyre ready!

Easy and great! Good timing with freebies too. Wish we could get hot buttery popcorn too :))

Ive been using Redbox for years and they never fail me. Tons of great new movies and its way cheaper than anywhere else. I use the app to see whats new and reserve the movie I want so its always at my local store waiting for me. So easy and great :)

Amazing app and great addition to red box. It makes renting so much easier when you have kids and little time to browse at the kiosk. Thanks Redbox!

Overall, I do enjoy the App. The only issue I have, is that, it will not accept my CC information, for whatever reason. So, I am unable to rent or reserve through the app.

You bunch of snowflakes are always complaining. This app works fine and does what its supposed to do every time.

I love that I can rent at the locations I love and dont have to hold up the line scanning through EVERYTHING in the box ( as people without the app do) . If you dont have the app do others a favor and get it.
