NEED TO FIX THIS APP CANT RESERVE MOVE

I think the Redbox app is great. I just wish that if you reserved something and go to pick it up but while looking at what the box has you decide to switch your choices that you could modify what you want before you pay. If that makes sense...

There is a bug that has been around for a month and no one seems to want to fix it. Cant login with username and password on app but can on website. Yes I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone. This is a pretty big deal and others have posted about this.

Total waste of time.

Ive had this app for a while. All was good until a week or so ago when I received a text for a promo. I added to my wallet and the app disappeared off my phone.. Ive tried to download multiple times but get a message along the lines of something not working, try back later. Very frustrating because I use this app frequently. Please fix...

Every time I open the app I get a message that says "something went wrong". The app is garbage, cant even use it at all.

Unable to log in to app. I can log in to the website, but when I enter the same email and password the app says it is incorrect.

So easy to use! This app allows you to see whats available at locations near you and you can reserve copies to "pick-up" your rental later that day!

For the past several months you can barely get the app to load. Most of the time it times out before the movies load. Worthless now. Fix your servers!

Cant get app to work, says update, yet app is updated. What a useless app.

Whats with the stupid ads? Update your photos to reflect the stupid ads. Desperate times call for desperate measures?

Trying to reserve something in a Redbox thats not in your current area is the biggest headache ever. If you dont know the zip code, youre s.o.l. Please fix it so that I can scroll through the map and be able to see all redboxes.

"Sorry something went wrong" is the message I get when I try to open the app, it has not worked for weeks. Not sure what is going on or if others are having this issue.

Why do you guys need to know my location even when Im not using the app? Just got the update, Problem fix, ????? thank you

Redbox is trash, they should tell you after 17 days they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a movie! F this place! Poor costumer service! Extra fees like crazy! I will cancel my account and have friends and family do the same!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! TRASH!!!!

Ive been using this app for years, and was upset when they removed the option for "only while using app" for location services a year or two ago. They have FINALLY added the option again, so I can have the convenience of seeing Redboxes near me without letting them track me every minute of the day. Thank you! Everything else about this app is good, I really like being able to browse all the movies while in the warmth of my home or car, and then heading to the box that has the one I want.

Uninstalled

Try to rent a movie, and Ive been told that my email and password are incorrect. Im able to login via a web browser though. And Im using a password manager, so Im fairly certain the app is broken. Im using a Gmail account along with an alias, and I think thats the problem.

Ive been trying all day to reset my password on the app so I can use my credit to get my free movie but every time I try to reset it it wont save. Now I cant log in for a half hour and Im very frustrated. Other than that I love the app.

Yet another app designer that doesnt understand the real world. Not everyone can afford to (or wants to) update their phone to the latest and "greatest" IOS. This app no longer works with any IOS less than 9; therefore I can no longer use it. No more Redbox for us.
