Living in an area were the weather is to hot, to cold, to windy or to wet. And most red boxes are outside...its nice to be able to sit in my car in a relaxing area and pick out my movies and add discount codes when apply. That way all I have to do is just walk up with my credit card and pay. No fumbling just easy....

This app "WAS" good. Every time I try to use it even with LTE and full bar the app do not work, I guess they dont want me to rent any more movies. Redbox, if you are reading this, make sure your app work and load even with poor connection, because if the person think like me that an app do not work, well, lets say that you are going to loose a lot of customers and get the app deleted. Im sure you dont want that, right? Is time to fix it.
I am able to open the app and preview the movies but when I go to rent a movie the app freezes. Can only rent movies from website due to this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app?!
What a great way to pass the cold winter days been able to watch all of your favorite movies or play games
Why do you only have a choice of always or never to have locations turned on? Should be only when using app. Please fix. Thank you for fixing the location services issue!
Just see whats on Netflix, or spend more and order from cable provider. The latest issue: ordered at box at our grocery that said less than a mile. Get there, nope we need to drive 15 minutes further. Decide to go ahead and take a 30 minute family drive, only to get there, and oops error. We gave away your movies. Unless you offer a way to change kiosk, dont do it. $1 or $2 is not worth a disappointed family.
The app has been awful as of late. It takes forever to pull up and switching etc. sometimes it simply wont allow me on at all...saying. Check back later is the message I get. Please fix:/ This service is our go to!
Cant use the app unless you upgrade the IOS. If your intent was to prevent millions of people from using the app overnight- mission accomplished. What a foolish release.
The app is excellent (when it works). Most of the time I get the message : "Sorry, it looks like something went wrong. Please try again and if you continue to see this message check back later." Seems to be unavailable everytime I decide to rent some movies. FAIL!
I will start using your services again now that you respect device location options.
UNUSABLE NOW! App keeps saying must update, but update not available for my IOS on my 6+. Deleted and it installs same broken version. LAME! Youve just FUBARd it for everyone not on the latest IOS. Millions of users left out! Pretty dumb guys!

Why cant I search by location instead of by movie title?? So frustrating.
How ridiculous is it that I have to update my phone just to use your app. I am not going to drive around town looking for the movie I want to see. I guess you will just pass in my business.
This app never works when I open it... it always says something went wrong check back later .. Ive deleted and reinstalled and the problem doesnt go away... this bug needs to be addressed, its been months
Ok you got the location usage right for those enabling it. But for those who want location services off, do we really need to dismiss a dialog box telling us we need to type in the zip code field? then, zip codes are numeric - why not set the keyboard for that field to be numeric? ...just saying.
Location services is now working like it should but I see ads all over the place now, really?
