Everything is bad about this app.

App no longer loads; says update required. iTunes has no update. Crap. I also think its ridiculous that Redbox does not allow the Location to be on "While Using" instead of just "Never" or "Always". More Crap.

There is no reasonable reason they need to track my location always. They could always track it when in use. Get with the program folks!

Location services constantly running in the background, no way to easily manage gift card balances from within the app, no way to set preferred locations from within app. Easy fixes, but you theyve failed to fix them.

How else can you explain their determination to drive away their customers? Redbox; Fix your 1 star app. I guarantee you are losing sales because you wont heed the terrible feedback it receives. Read the reason for the bad feedback. You have had the same complaint for nearly a year. Now you have disabled my older, better version, so I stopped using Redbox.

I can see whats available, but when I choose a movie it goes to a blank page with a faint background of the cover of the movie. I cant see details or reserve anything.

Keeps crashing every f**king time!!! Every of its updates say "bug fixes" and it aint fixing nothing!!

When I click on a movie to view the details the screen comes up blank. When I click on a message to view it, it comes up blank. Frustrating.

Finally Redbox has read the reviews and changed the location back to "while using app". It only took forever but its finally fixed! Thank you and heres your 5 star review!

Now that my biggest gripe has been resolved (location tracking now has the option to use location services "While using" the app), this app has become much better! Now my only issue is not being able to rent using a Redbox gift card within the app itself.

Thank you so much for finally adding the location setting as "while using the app". And thank you for fixing the issue of clicking on a wish list movie and seeing that all redboxes around you dont have it, when in fact they do if you go to their individual Redbox page. Seems like a great update so far.

If you are looking for your mother and she is the best thing to say about that she will get a new phone number or email you and your sister will be sent to your email

Finally restored the option in location, "While using app". Thanks for finally listening to your users. Makes app more user friendly.

Last week or two app wont launch and keeps asking me to update. There are no updates.

There is no reason for this app to not give the option of only using location when the app is running. The excuse of geofencing for advertisements is ridiculous.

After update after update of always or never, this update comes through and allows the option of "when using the app" Thank you for finally listening to customer input. Now I can focus on renting movies instead of saving my battery and privacy.

Now I can go back to enjoying the app.
