I love Redbox as a service but this app is terrible. Extremely slow search engine and an incredibly unresponsive interface.

Just downloaded the app, and opened it. Told me there was a required update, click to update, takes me to the App Store with no update, open app again from App Store, told me theres a required update...you get the picture. Literally unusable.

Its been about 2 weeks now that the app doesnt load all the way and when it does it takes forever to load up the description of the movie!!!

Good job finally adding allow "While Using" option for location services.

The website is more accurate about whats available and in stock then the app so its nearly useless. It also doesnt display the price of games you can buy outright.

Thanks for making anyone that doesnt have iOS 9 unable to use the phone app anymore. Im done with Redbox. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to update my phone to iOS 9 to use it. Poor decision.

I have been unable to use since the location service was updated. Tells me update required, takes me to App Store (no update), open App again from App Store, tells me update required! Loop continues! Help!

This app doesnt work more than it does work. Nine times out of ten pit says that something went wrong when I open it. Someone really needs to fix this.

Redbox has been going downhill. Kiosks always down and website does not reflect it, etc. now there app will no longer support older versions of iOS. I have an older phone and Im not about to update the OS just to use this app, the only one that no longer works on my phone. It no love no longer opens and it wont update.

Good for searching and reserving from home, but every time I try to use anywhere else, I get error message. Come on Redbox. This should be an easy fix.

Love the app. Boyfriend and I use it all the time but what happened to the coming soon section!? We rent everything and love to see whats coming. With it being all jumbled its such a pain! I thought this update would fix it but did nothing noticeable.

This version of the app is great, and Ive never had a problem with it. The one thing I do wish they would change is that I cant figure out what order the "Coming Soon" movies are displayed in. The release dates are all over the place, showing movies released 2 weeks away, then 1 day away, then 1 month away, then 1 week away, etc. It didnt do that until this version. Redbox, please fix this!

You must be kidding me. Why do you need my location even when Im not using the app? Apple shouldnt even allow this.

With the new app update the available movies on my wish list do not match the availability timeline, for example I am showing X-Men and Independence Day as being available on my wish list but they are not currently out yet

Just fix it. Oh. Location 100 of the time needs to be fixed too.

This app used to be great. Today I reserved a movie, went to the location and the machine said I had no reservation and the movie wasnt available. I checked the app and there was no way to see if I had been charged. I reserved the same movie at a different location, drove across town and had the same result. I wont know if I was charged for either of these movies for another day. Wont use this app again until these bugs are fixed.

This app would be so much better if I didnt have to turn on location services every time I want to use it, and then turn it back off when Im done! What happened to the use location services "while using" option? All my other apps have this enabled. Why are my only choices "never" or "always?" That makes absolutely no sense for an app like this.

The coming soon section is completely out of order. How hard could it be to sort the dates? It still wasnt fixed with the latest update!? Aint nobody got time for this.

Fix the coming soon tab it is random and there have been two updates and the first messed it up and the second hasnt fixed. Makes it pointless if I cant see what Coming Soon;) otherwise app has been great used it over a yr
